Warping in Ableton Live refers to time-stretching. While making adjustments to the pitch and time of an audio file can be a multi-step process in many other DAWs, Ableton makes it easily available and it is one of its core features. You can even time-stretch your MIDI parts! In this set of videos, we'll take a deep dive into everything you need to know to take advantage of the many warping features. This knowledge will help you work with samples that have different pitches and tempos, stretch acapella tracks and remixes to fit your productions, and enable you to make creative choices that can lead to very unique sounds on the fly, without the need to use any external effects or plugins.
